Today, February 4 Riekstukalns working hours are 9:00 - 24:00!

Finally we have prepared all the slopes and long-awaited Bordercross slope will be open! For cross-country skiing lovers at the moment only trail with natural snow has been settled and you are welcome to use it. All the other services - equipment for rent, instructors and cafe "Riekstu krogs" will be working as usual.

Take your warmest hat, balaclava and goggles with you and let's go into the breath taking winter!

What could be better than to hear nice words from our clients and tell this to everybody!?

Therefore we offer you to become the official public face of Riekstukalns. Send us your or your friends or families’ photo from the time spent at Riekstukalns. In short words write what do you like the best at Riekstukalns. But we will choose the most interesting pictures and stories and create an advert which you will see here at Riekstukalns and maybe somewhere else J

Visit their tent next to rent and kafe house and FISCHER representatives will answer all your questions and offer newest ski models for different skill levels! Skies can be tested for free leaving personal identification as deposit.

We are very happy and delighted that you like Riekstukalns and there are so many of you!

But unfortunately there have been some skiing equipment thefts and attempts to do so. According to this we are forced to announce that from now equipment rental will require your passport or drivers licence. Cards of identification will no longer be accepted.

This practice will be applicable particulary to clients with no positive prior cooperation.

We are sorry for the inconvenience to all our fair and long-term clients!
